Happy New Year!

Here is Aubrie using all of her cleaning supplies given to Aubrie as a Christmas gift from her cousins, Aunt & Uncle (Chris's sister). Aubrie loves it, and plays with them all the time. She actually picks up real lint and dirt with her broom and will put it in our garbage. You have never met such a clean person before Aubrie. My mom would be proud (smile)! Here are a few pictures of her cleaning put to work.

Aubrie LOVES this hand held vacuum cleaner. It's one of those chargeable vacuum's for a quick clean up. She will turn it on and use it till it needs to be charged again. That is why I am getting her a vacuum cleaner for her birthday.

This castle was a Christmas gift from Grandma Jo & Papa. We had it stored up North at my Grandparents house, so Aubrie got a late Christmas gift. She was very surprised and loves it. Thank you Papa & Grandma Jo!!

This is her favorite weeble wobble character. She named it "Cookie Monster". I didn't give her any ideas, so I thought that was pretty cute. She wanted to take a picture with him.

And here she is giving Cookie Monster a kiss.

I was showing Aubrie how I could touch my tongue to my nose. So of course she had to try...it was too cute! She was concentrating so much.

So here is a taste of Aubrie's humor for everyone. There was about 10 minutes when every time I would try and take a picture of Aubrie she would immediately put her finger in her nose. I thought I would show you a few pictures of the comedian in action. Aubrie will love these when she is old enough to understand what she is doing (smile).

Did I get something????

OK....so I think it's official. Aubrie does have 2 dimples!! There were times when we thought she only had 1 and other times when we thought she had none. Just in the last couple of weeks did they really start to pop up. Hooray...she did get something from my side :)

Christmas Day

After opening up gifts at our house we headed over to Chris's sister's home for the rest of the afternoon. It was a nice and relaxing day just hanging out. We were all exhausted come 3pm....all we did was eat and relax. Wouldn't you be tired after all of that as well (smile)?

Chris was very proud of this picture taken of Aubrie. He did say he took a few photography classes in college...maybe he should take that back up. Or maybe it's just the brand new digital camera that is doing all the work J/k!! It turned out great.

I'm ready to go home!!

Oh boy Oh boy....Presents!

Here are a few pictures of Aubrie opening up her Christmas presents. When we first walked her out she did know what to think. But as we gave her the first gift, she soon became quite an expert at opening them up :) Thank you to everyone who sent Aubrie gifts. She loves each and every one of them.

Merry Christmas from the family!

This stove and refridgerator was a gift given to Aubrie from Santa. Thank you Santa!! She loves both of them and has been playing with them non-stop.

A quick look at Aubrie

Be gone!!

This is one of Aubrie's new smiles. She has her eyes closed....wonderful. If we are lucky this will only last a couple weeks. That is how long her new habits usually last. So we will see. Our luck she will do this smile until she turns 3.

Here is Aubrie asking Daddy to do "chubby". My dad will understand exactly what is going on. We used to tell this story to my dad when we were little kids while holding our cheeks together. I can remember my dad laughing hysterically at us. Brings back soooo many memories when I see Aubrie doing it.

Can you tell someone is tired?? I walked into our living room to find Aubrie lounged out on the couch with her sippy cup. What a tough life :)

Busy, Busy, Busy

I love this picture of her....her hair looks so full and done up. I will have to say I'm pretty proud of myself for cutting it. I usually trim it every 4-5 weeks. It takes me almost 30 minutes...when it could take a professional less than 5 minutes I'm sure. Her hair is so thick, that you can't just cut it one time. You have to take it one layer at a time. She already has high maintenance on her hair and she isn't even 2 years old. Yikes!!!!

Aubrie does this amazing thing with her feet. If you look closely to them you will notice that she is on her tip toes. Most people need special shoes to get that high on their tip toes. Maybe she was born to be a ballarina. She will walk on her tips toes most of the day. I'm amazed everytime I see her do it.

Her best friend Bear.

Please NO more pictures....but does Mommy stop? Of course not :)

Just hanging out.

Yo, Yo, Yo....what's up!

Have I told you how much I like our new camera? I love the side shots.

My big helper pushing the chair back to it's original spot. Thanks Aubrie!!

Just hanging around

Aubrie and her Daddy

Here is Aubrie hanging upside down on one of our chairs. She has so much faith in her parents to catch her everytime. She was having a ball!

Just a few pictures of Aubrie.
